Innate Flow Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in the Microdosing Mastery program and any associated services provided by Innate Flow LLC ("Innate Flow", "we", "our", or "Coach"). By enrolling in our program, accessing related materials, or engaging in associated community platforms (e.g., Kajabi), you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to receive necessary communications from us via email, SMS, or other channels to support your experience in the program. Standard messaging or data rates may apply.

All materials, content, and practices provided within Microdosing Mastery, including live calls, videos, documents, and community content ("Program Materials") are owned or licensed by Innate Flow LLC. You receive a non-exclusive, single-user license for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or modify any materials without written consent. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program and legal action, including injunctive relief.

You may be required to create an account on Kajabi or other platforms. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate access if misuse or violations of these Terms occur.

Upon registration, you receive access to:

• A 6-month mentorship with a 10-module Kajabi-hosted course
   
• Weekly 2-hour group integration calls (52 total)
   
• 12 group breathwork sessions
   
• Quarterly 1:1 goal-setting calls and a 90-minute final assessment
   
• Community access and support through Kajabi
   
• Assignments, practices, and weekly check-in forms via Typeform
   

You are responsible for scheduling applicable calls and completing check-ins as required to receive the full benefit of the program.

You agree to the pricing, payment plan, and refund policy outlined in your signed Coaching Service Agreement. Full payment or first installment is due upon enrollment. No refunds will be issued once enrolled. Payment obligations remain valid regardless of participation.

Innate Flow LLC does not provide medical advice. All content is educational and informational. You acknowledge that psychedelic-related practices discussed in the program may not be legal in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to consult legal counsel before engaging with any psychoactive substances.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree not to hold Innate Flow LLC or any of its representatives liable for any injury, loss, or legal consequences.

Confidentiality is a shared responsibility. You agree not to disclose the identity, personal experiences, or private content shared by other participants in group calls or community forums. Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund.

You release and hold harmless Innate Flow LLC from all liability associated with participation in the program. You agree not to initiate any legal claims or assist in prosecuting claims related to injuries, damages, or losses. You agree to indemnify Innate Flow LLC for any claims resulting from your participation.

In no event shall Innate Flow LLC be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding a claim.

Any dispute will be resolved via binding arbitration conducted in Jefferson County, Colorado, under the rules of the American Bar Association. Each party will cover its own costs regardless of the outcome. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable in court. All proceedings and findings are confidential.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding its conflict of law principles.
